American Glory
John Hays

US Intercoastal Waterway
November 2, 2002

Just returned from a 7 night, 8 day US Intercoastal Waterway cruise aboard the new American Glory. In a summary word: Outstanding!

The 168 foot ship was launched late July, and she is a beauty. With a 49 passenger capicity, her staterooms and public rooms are spacious and inviting.

She runs with roughly l crew member to 2 passengers and service is exceptional.

Although only two entrees are offered at dinners, they are wonderful and the limited choice becomes no problem.

We took the Charleston, South Carolina to Amelia Island, Florida (Jacksonville) cruise segment, and enjoyed everything aboard and ashore. Complaints are minor, not worth passing on.

This was our 14th cruise, and we highly recommend the American Glory (and her sister ship, the American Eagle). Check it out at www.americancruiselines.com.
